1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdb44 platform at bdb44.io (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdb44. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your bdb44 account. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. bdb44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Account Security

4.5 Prohibited Funds

You must not deposit funds derived from any unlawful activity. bdb44 operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Any account found to be involved in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will be closed immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdb44 offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on bdb44 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, including event, market, selection, odds, and stake, before confirming. bdb44 shall not be liable for bets placed in error by the member.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on bdb44 are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply for settlement purposes. bdb44 covers a wide range of sports markets including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. 6.3 Void Bets

bdb44 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a palpable pricing error has occurred; (b) the event is cancelled or abandoned; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or corruption; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In cases of void bets, the stake is returned to the member's account balance.

6.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply and are displayed within the Platform. bdb44 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet for any member at its sole discretion, including where patterns of professional or syndicate betting are identified.

7 Casino Games

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the bdb44 Platform without prior written permission from bdb44. Any unauthorised use of bdb44's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

bdb44's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdb44 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

14 Amendments to These Terms

When material changes are made, bdb44 will notify registered members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to prevent fraud or abuse.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits bdb44's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
